Chilled Nectarine Soup

Ingredients

fresh nectarines, cut up

apple juice
|
|
|

cran raspberry juice
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
teaspoon |
salt
|
|
|

Tablespoon |
balsamic vinegar
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine nectarines with juice, salt and vinegar. Place in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Chill before serving.
