Deviled Ham Stuffed Tomatoes

Serve with hot blueberry muffins and ice tea!

Yield: Makes 4 servings

2 cans (4 1/2-oz.) Underwood Deviled Ham

1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives

2 tablespoons chopped onion

4 medium tomatoes, cut inot quarters, to within 1/4 inch of bottom

In a bowl, mix together deviled ham, cheese, olives and onion. Spoon mixture into center of tomatoes. Chill.
