Kickin' Egg Salad
Yield: about 4 cups
Ingredients

hard cooked large eggs, peeled and chopped

mayonnaise
|
|
|
| 1/2 |

sour cream
|
|
|
| 3 |
Tablespoons |
Dijon mustard
|
|
|

Tablespoons |
horseradish
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
real bacon bits
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
red onion, chopped
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
paprika
|
|
|
|
|
Salt to taste
|
|
|

Pepper to taste
|
|
|
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs, mayo, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, bacon bits, onion and paprika.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
