Creamy Fruit Dessert
Low in fat and sodium, yet rich in vitamin C!
Yield: Makes 12 servings.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients

(15 oz. each) peach slices, drained, chopped

|
| 2 |

(8 oz. each) pineapple chunks, drained, chopped
|
|
|
| 2 |
cups |
strawberries, chopped
|
|
|
| 4 |
|
kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
firmly packed brown sugar
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
teaspoon |
ground ginger
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
ground allspice
|
|
|
| 1 |
tub |
(8 oz.) Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed
|
|
|
Directions:
1. Stir peaches, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi fruit, brown sugar and spices in medium bowl.
2. Layer fruit alternately with whipped topping in large dessert or trifle bowl.
