SALAD:
2 cups cold cooked long-grain white rice (cooked as directed on package)
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
4 cups coarsely sliced romaine lettuce
DRESSING:
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup lite mayonnaise or lite salad dressing
1 teaspoon cream-style horseradish, if desired
2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Directions:

In large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix.

To serve, place 1 cup lettuce on each of 4 plates. Spoon rice mixture evenly onto lettuce.
